Education

With as many as 1 in 7 people sensitive to gluten. People suffering from intolerance are unable to digest gluten. Gluten is a sticky protein found mainly in 4 grains:- wheat (including spelt), barley, rye, and oats. People with an intolerance to gluten may suffer gastrointestinal symptoms including diarrhoea, bloating and flatulence, if their diet remains unchecked.
